TERMO DE CIÊNCIA PARA ASSUMIR RISCOS E ACORDO DE RENÚNCIA AO DIREITO DE INDENIZAÇÃO E RESSARCIMENTO
IRONMAN Brasil - Florianópolis/SC - Brasil, de 27 de maio a 1 de junho 2026

INTRODUÇÃO
Você deve ler todo este TERMO DE CIÊNCIA PAR ASSUMIR RISCOS E ACORDO DE RENÚNCIA AO DIREITO DE INDENIZAÇÃO E RESSARCIMENTO IRONMAN® ("Termo") cuidadosamente antes de assinar. O participante adulto (com 18 anos ou mais) deve assinar este Termo. Em consideração aos serviços da Unlimited Sports (doravante "Organizador") em me permitir participar do IRONMAN® Brasil agendado para 2026 (daqui em diante "Evento"), eu, por livre e espontânea vontade, gozando de plena saúde, tanto física e mental, sem nenhum impedimento médico para a competição expressamente reconheço e concordo, com as seguintes formas:

CIÊNCIA E ASSUNÇÃO DOS RISCOS:
O evento pode acontecer em ambiente fechado ou ao ar livre e pode incluir, mas não está limitado a exercícios de aquecimento; natação competitiva, ciclismo e corrida, tanto na prática quanto no evento; demonstração (teste) de equipamentos; participação em clínicas, treinamento, demonstrações ou outros jogos e atividades; participação em qualquer atividade do evento; uso de qualquer equipamento, instalações; e viajar de avião, ônibus ou outro veículo para as atividades (o Evento e outras atividades referidas coletivamente neste Termo como "Atividades" ou "Atividade"). As atividades podem ser agendadas, obrigatórias ou opcionais, autorizadas e / ou conduzidas pelo Organizador, estruturadas ou não estruturadas e incluem tempo livre. Eu reconheço que os riscos, perigos e outros (referidos coletivamente neste Termo como "Riscos") das Atividades podem causar ferimentos, danos, morte ou outras perdas ao Participante ou a outros (terceiros).

A seguir descrevemos alguns, mas não todos, os Riscos assumidos pelo Participante ao participar do Evento ou Atividades:
- Saúde Física. O RISCO DE EXPOSIÇÃO A DOENÇAS TRANSMISSÍVEIS, INCLUINDO, MAS NÃO LIMITADO AO COVID-19, EXISTE INERENTEMENTE EM QUALQUER LUGAR ONDE AS PESSOAS ESTEJAM PRESENTES, INCLUSIVE ANTES, DURANTE E/OU APÓS O EVENTO E AS ATIVIDADES. O risco de que a condição mental, física ou emocional de um Participante (incluindo qualquer uso ou abuso de álcool ou drogas prescritas ou não prescritas), seja revelada ou não revelada, conhecida ou desconhecida, combinada com a participação nessas atividades e riscos associados, possa resultar em ferimentos, danos, morte ou outras perdas. Embora o Organizador possa rever as informações médicas do Participante, submetidas no processo de registro, o Organizador não pode antecipar ou eliminar riscos ou complicações decorrentes da condição mental, física (incluindo o nível de aptidão física) ou emocional de um Participante.
- Atividades Competitivas ou Atléticas. Treinar, praticar ou competir em triatlo ou outros eventos e natação, ciclismo, corrida e outros condicionamentos associados envolve o uso frequente e repetitivo dos braços e pernas, extrema aptidão física e resistência, e empurrar os limites da velocidade e habilidades do Participante. O equipamento usado nas Atividades pode ser mal utilizado, ou pode quebrar, falhar ou funcionar incorretamente. O(s) Participante(s), coparticipante(s) e/ou terceiros podem agir negligentemente ou intencionalmente durante o Evento ou Atividades. O Organizador requer o uso de capacetes para atividades de ciclismo. Capacetes ou outros equipamentos de segurança podem prevenir ou diminuir ferimentos em alguns casos; entretanto, o uso de equipamentos de segurança não é uma garantia de segurança, e ferimentos podem ocorrer mesmo com o uso destes equipamentos. Um membro da equipe do Organizador, e/ou seu representante, voluntário, contratado ou coparticipante pode julgar erroneamente as capacidades, saúde ou condição física do Participante, julgar erroneamente algum aspecto da instrução, tratamento médico, clima, terreno, nível da água ou localização da rota, ou que uma dessas pessoas não possa avisar o Participante (e/ou o tutor legal do Participante) sobre um ou mais dos riscos inerentes às Atividades.
- Ambiental. Os participantes podem estar sujeitos a: alta altitude ou terreno montanhoso; tempestades severas ou mau tempo, tais como relâmpagos, ventos fortes, chuva, granizo, neve e gelo; lagos rápidos ou profundos, oceanos ou outros corpos de água; correntes ou águas brancas; tempo extremamente quente ou frio; picadas, venenos e/ou animais portadores de doenças (incluindo vida marinha) ou insetos e outros perigos naturais ou causados pelo homem. Os perigos (tanto em terra como acima ou abaixo do nível da água) podem não ser marcados ou visíveis e o tempo é sempre imprevisível. Barrancos, atoleiros, buracos, fontes de água, rochas, terrenos irregulares ou outras condições podem existir dentro e ao redor das Atividades. A localização das atividades pode causar ou contribuir para atrasos ou dificuldades na comunicação, transporte, evacuação ou cuidados médicos.
- Drone/UAVs. Veículos aéreos não tripulados, também conhecidos como "drones", podem ser usados no Evento para mídia ou outros fins, e há o risco de colisão e danos ou ferimentos.
- Atividade criminosa/terrorista. Existe um potencial risco de que um terceiro possa cometer atos criminosos ou terroristas. Antes, durante ou após o Evento ou Atividade, esses Riscos e outros podem causar: queda parcial ou no solo; colisão com objetos (incluindo UAVs, veículos estacionados ou em movimento e/ou bicicletas), pessoas ou o fundo de um corpo de água; colisão ou capotamento de bicicletas ou veículos; reação a altas altitudes, condições climáticas ou aumento do esforço; perda ou desorientação; complicações gastrointestinais ou reações alérgicas ou outros problemas; doenças ou condições relacionadas ao calor ou ao frio (incluindo hipotermia, imersão em água fria, queimaduras por congelamento, hipertermia ou exaustão do calor/choque); desidratação; hiponatremia; afogamento; doença de alta altitude; complicações cardíacas ou pulmonares; ossos quebrados; paralisia ou outra incapacidade permanente; trauma mental ou emocional; concussões; queimadura solar ou outras queimaduras ou outros ferimentos, danos, morte ou perda. O Participante (e/ou o tutor legal do Participante) assume total responsabilidade pela escolha do equipamento apropriado e pelo ajuste e condição de uso do equipamento utilizado pelo Participante.

EU ENTENDO PERFEITAMENTE E ESTOU DE ACORDO QUE:
- Devo revisar todos os materiais recebidos, completar com exatidão e concordo com as informações, documentos e processos de registro, bem como com as regras e políticas. Obedeço a todas as regras e políticas, que incluem as Regras de Competição IRONMAN® com quaisquer exceções aplicáveis de qualquer Federação nacional aplicável, Federação internacional, Órgão sancionador de provas e as Regras de Competição da União Internacional de Triatlo; revisar todas as informações incluídas no guia de informações do atleta específico do Evento e na sessão de briefing do atleta específico do Evento, como cada uma das anteriores pode ser emendada, de tempos em tempos; e todas as leis de trânsito;
- Aceito ser submetido e cumprir as Regras IRONMAN® Antidoping, incluindo, sem limitação, todas as políticas, procedimentos e/ou outras regras adotadas pela UNLIMITED SPORTS (conforme podem ser emendadas de tempos em tempos e a qualquer momento pela UNLIMITED SPORTS). Também concordo em estar vinculado ao Código Mundial Antidoping e às Normas Internacionais associadas, conforme emitidas pela Agência Brasileira Antidoping e Agência Mundial Antidoping (por exemplo, a Norma Internacional para Isenções de Uso Terapêutico, a Lista de Substâncias Proibidas e Métodos Proibidos e a Norma Internacional para Testes e Investigações). Reconheço que também posso estar vinculado às regras de qualquer federação nacional aplicável, federação internacional, órgão sancionador de raças ou organização antidoping com autoridade sobre mim;
- Entendo que nem o Organizador nem seu pessoal, representantes, voluntários, contratados ou qualquer pessoa associada ao Organizador supervisionarão o Participante a qualquer momento. O Participante concorda em ser o único responsável pelo bem-estar do Participante em todos os momentos; antes, durante e após o Evento e Atividades, inclusive durante o tempo livre e em todos os outros momentos;
- Minha aceitação final e participação no Evento dependerá do recebimento e revisão pelo Organizador de todas as informações e formulários necessários, incluindo o presente Termo;
- Antes de participar das Atividades, poderei inspecionar o percurso da corrida, instalações, equipamentos e áreas a serem utilizadas;
- Eu represento e garanto que a participação nas Atividades requer extrema aptidão e resistência, que sou o único responsável pelo meu condicionamento e aptidão antes, durante e depois das Atividades, e que eu, em conjunto com meus provedores médicos, sou responsável por determinar se as Atividades são apropriadas para mim antes de participar;
- O organizador implementou medidas aprimoradas de saúde e segurança devido ao potencial de propagação da COVID-19. Devo seguir todas as instruções ao visitar qualquer local relacionado ao evento, seja afixado ou comunicado verbalmente ou por escrito.? Existe um risco inerente de exposição à COVID-19 em qualquer lugar onde as pessoas estejam presentes (incluindo, mas não se limitando a qualquer coparticipante; espectador; pessoal do Organizador, representante, voluntário ou contratado; e/ou qualquer outra(s) pessoa(s)). A COVID-19 é uma doença extremamente contagiosa que pode levar a doenças graves, incapacidade permanente e morte. De acordo com os centros de controle e prevenção de doenças e a organização mundial de saúde, os idosos e pessoas com condições médicas subjacentes são especialmente vulneráveis.?Ao visitar qualquer local relacionado ao evento, assumo voluntariamente todos os riscos relacionados à exposição à COVID-19, de modo que posso participar do evento e das atividades;
- As informações fornecidas neste Termo não são exaustivas, outras atividades desconhecidas ou não previstas, riscos inerentes ou outros riscos e resultados podem existir, e o Organizador não pode garantir minha segurança ou eliminar qualquer um dos riscos. Entendo que posso e devo consultar os representantes do Organizador se tiver mais perguntas sobre as Atividades ou os Riscos; e
- Estou participando de forma voluntaria do Evento e Atividades com conhecimento dos Riscos e de acordo com este Termo, que foi negociado de forma justa e honesta. Assim, assumo e aceito total responsabilidade por mim mesmo, pelos Riscos inerentes e outros (tanto conhecidos como desconhecidos) das Atividades, e por qualquer lesão, dano, ou outra perda que possa sofrer, resultante incapacidade temporária ou permanente ou morte. Esses riscos podem ser ocasionados por mim, por um coparticipante, por um espectador, de um voluntário e/ou de uma terceira parte por negligência passiva ou ativa ou outra má conduta.
- Estou ciente das regras de arbitragem que tem total autoridade para decidir sobre os resultados finais e a desclassificação de atletas. As regras estão disponíveis no site oficial do evento www.ironmanbrasil.com.br
- Estou ciente que toda e qualquer disputa sobre os resultados finais e a desclassificação de atleta devem ser remetidas ao tribunal desportivo competente.

RENÚNCIA AO DIREITO DE INDENIZAÇÃO OU RESSARCIMENTO
POR FAVOR, LEIA ATENTAMENTE. ESTA SEÇÃO DE RENÚNCIA AO DIREITO DE INDENIZAÇÃO OU RESSARCIMENTO, POIS ESTE CONTÉM UMA SUBMISSÃO DE CERTOS DIREITOS LEGAIS, AOS QUAIS EU RECONHEÇO E CONCORDO COM O SEGUINTE:
- ACATAR COM ESTE TERMO PARA EXONERAR DE QUALQUER RESPONSABILIDADE AQUI DELIMITADA E NÃO PROCESSAR o Organizador, em especial a Unlimited Sports e a WTC e qualquer federação e/ou órgão sancionador de competição aplicável, patrocinadores de eventos, organizadores de eventos, promotores de eventos, produtores de eventos, diretores de corridas, oficiais de eventos, funcionários de eventos, anunciantes, administradores, empreiteiros, fornecedores, voluntários e todos os proprietários de propriedades e órgãos governamentais federais, estaduais, municipais e/ou órgãos municipais cujos bens e/ou pessoal são utilizados e/ou de qualquer forma auxiliam nos locais onde as atividades ocorrem, e cada uma de suas respectivas empresas controladoras, subsidiárias e afiliadas, cessionários, licenciados, proprietários, diretores, diretores, sócios, membros do conselho, acionistas, membros, supervisores, seguradoras, agentes, funcionários, voluntários, contratados e representantes e todas as outras pessoas ou entidades associadas ou envolvidas com as atividades (individual e coletivamente referidas neste Termo como as "Partes Exoneradas"), com respeito a toda e qualquer reivindicação, responsabilidade, processos ou despesas (incluindo honorários e custos advocatícios) (coletivamente referidas neste Termo como "Reivindicações") por qualquer dano, morte, perda de propriedade, propriedade roubada, propriedade descartada, ou outras perdas de qualquer forma relacionadas com os Riscos listados acima ou minha inscrição ou participação no Evento e Atividades, incluindo sem limitação o uso de qualquer equipamento, instalações, seja qual for a causa; negligência, seja passiva ou ativa, das Partes Exoneradas; e/ou qualquer violação das obrigações legais por parte das Partes Exoneradas. CONCORDO AQUI EM RENUNCIAR A TODAS AS REIVINDICAÇÕES QUE POSSA TER CONTRA AS PARTES EXONERADAS E CONCORDO QUE NEM EU, NEM MEUS HERDEIROS, CESSIONÁRIOS OU BENEFICIÁRIOS, NEM QUALQUER OUTRA PESSOA AGINDO EM MEU NOME, FARÁ UMA REIVINDICAÇÃO CONTRA AS PARTES EXONERADAS POR QUALQUER DANO, MORTE OU OUTRA PERDA QUE POSSA SOFRER; E

- O PARTICIPANTE DEVERÁ PROTEGER, DEFENDER, INDENIZAR E SALVAR AS PARTES EXONERADAS ("INDENIZAR" SIGNIFICA PROTEGER POR REEMBOLSO OU PAGAMENTO, INCLUINDO HONORÁRIOS E DESPESAS ADVOCATÍCIAS) COM RESPEITO A TODA E QUALQUER REIVINDICAÇÃO APRESENTADA POR OU EM MEU NOME, OU POR MEU CÔNJUGE, UM MEMBRO DA FAMÍLIA, UM CO-PARTICIPANTE OU QUALQUER OUTRA PESSOA, POR QUALQUER DANO, MORTE, PERDA DE PROPRIEDADE, PROPRIEDADE ROUBADA, PROPRIEDADE ALIENADA, OU OUTRA PERDA DE QUALQUER FORMA RELACIONADA COM OS RISCOS OU MINHA INSCRIÇÃO OU PARTICIPAÇÃO NO EVENTO OU NAS ATIVIDADES, INCLUINDO SEM LIMITAÇÃO O USO DE QUALQUER EQUIPAMENTO, INSTALAÇÕES, SEM LIMITE E SEM CONSIDERAR A CAUSA OU CAUSAS OU NEGLIGÊNCIA, SEJA PASSIVA OU ATIVA, E/OU QUALQUER VIOLAÇÃO PELAS PARTES LIBERADAS DE QUALQUER DEVER LEGAL. ESTA SEÇÃO DE LIBERAÇÃO E INDENIZAÇÃO INCLUI, MAS NÃO SE LIMITA A REIVINDICAÇÕES POR DANOS PESSOAIS OU MORTE (INCLUINDO REIVINDICAÇÕES RELACIONADAS A QUESTÕES DE EMERGÊNCIA, MÉDICAS, MEDICAMENTOS E/OU DE SAÚDE, RESPOSTA, AVALIAÇÃO OU TRATAMENTO), DANOS MATERIAIS, PERDA DE CONSÓRCIO, QUEBRA DE TERMO OU QUALQUER OUTRA REIVINDICAÇÃO, INCLUINDO REIVINDICAÇÕES RESULTANTES DA NEGLIGÊNCIA DAS PARTES EXONERADAS, SEJAM ELAS PASSIVAS OU ATIVAS, RELACIONADAS AO EVENTO OU ÀS ATIVIDADES.

DISPOSIÇÕES DIVERSAS
- ACORDO PARA ARBITRAR. Qualquer disputa ou reclamação que possa ter surgido, relacionada ou em conexão com este Termo, minha inscrição ou participação nas atividades, ou qualquer outro aspecto de minha relação com a Organizadora: 1) será regido pelo regulamento oficial da prova (disponível no site www.ironmanbrasil.com.br) e 2) a menos que resolvido por discussões diretas, será determinado por arbitragem obrigatória como única e final solução para todas as questões em disputa, administrada pelo regulamento oficial da prova de acordo com as regras de arbitragem aplicáveis conforme interpretadas e regidas pelo regulamento. O(s) árbitro(s) com conhecimento na área e em assuntos comerciais, aceitável tanto para o Participante quanto para o Organizador, conduzirá(ão) a arbitragem. Local requerido: Concordo que qualquer processo arbitral, ou qualquer processo ou outro processo deve ser apresentado, iniciado e/ou ocorrer somente em observância ao regulamento oficial. RECONHEÇO E CONCORDO QUE AS PARTES, AO CELEBRAR ESTE TERMO, ESTÃO RENUNCIANDO A QUALQUER DIREITO A UM JULGAMENTO PELA JUSTIÇA COMUM, EM QUALQUER DISPUTA ENTRE OU ENTRE AS PARTES, O QUE DEVERÁ INCLUIR A WTC E A UNLIMITED SPORTS (ORGANIZADORA). RECONHEÇO E COMPREENDO AINDA QUE SE UM JUIZ DECIDIR QUE O ACORDO DE ARBITRAGEM DAS PARTES NÃO É EXECUTÁVEL, AS PARTES AINDA RENUNCIAM VOLUNTARIAMENTE A UM JULGAMENTO PELO JÚRI EM QUALQUER DISPUTA ENTRE ELAS.
- RENÚNCIA DE AÇÃO COLETIVA, LITISCONSÓRCIO OU AÇÃO DE CLASSE. Reconheço e concordo que qualquer arbitragem, ação judicial, processo contra, ação ou outro processo legal será conduzido e resolvido individualmente e que não participarei de qualquer ação coletiva, ação consolidada, litisconsórcio, ação representativa, arbitragem de classe, arbitragem consolidada ou arbitragem representativa envolvendo assuntos decorrentes de, relacionados a, ou em conexão com este Termo, minha inscrição ou participação nas atividades, ou qualquer outro aspecto do meu relacionamento com o Organizador e/ou WTC. Além disso, reconheço e concordo que qualquer disputa relativa ao escopo desta ação coletiva/ cláusula de renúncia de litisconsórcio e arbitragem de classe será determinada por um tribunal, não por um árbitro ou juízo monocrático.
- Com relação ao meu relacionamento com a Unlimited Sports e/ou WTC (Organizador), este Termo prevalecerá sobre quaisquer outras formas ou contratos que eu possa assinar para outras partes que não, o Organizador em conexão com as Atividades.
- Se eu utilizar qualquer dos serviços de bicicleta fornecidos ou disponibilizados em conexão com o Evento (incluindo, sem limitação, qualquer reparo de bicicleta no curso), pagarei o custo de tais serviços (incluindo os custos de peças de reposição, etc.) mediante o recebimento da(s) fatura(s) aplicável(eis).
- Na medida em que houver situações em que eu forneça ao Organizador qualquer de meus bens pessoais a serem mantidos, poderá haver ocasiões em que tais bens pessoais não poderão ser devolvidos a mim (incluindo, mas não se limitando a Bolsas para Necessidades Especiais (conforme referido no guia de informações do atleta específico do Evento) e qualquer e todos os bens pessoais que neles se encontrem após o fechamento do local de coleta da estação de ajuda aplicável). Renuncio a todos os direitos sobre tais bens e concordo expressamente com toda e qualquer ação que o Organizador possa tomar com respeito a tais bens, incluindo, mas não se limitando a, alienação de tais bens.
- Em nenhuma hipótese eu (ou qualquer outra pessoa em meu nome) posso (ou qualquer outra pessoa em meu nome) sem o consentimento prévio por escrito do Organizador, conforme aplicável: (a) utilizar qualquer propriedade intelectual do Organizador ou WTC e/ou de cada uma de suas afiliadas, conforme aplicável, incluindo, mas não se limitando a, o IRONMAN®, 70. 3®, Iron Girl®, IRONKIDS®, Velothon®, Cape Epic®, 5150®, e marcas e nomes Rock 'n' Roll®, o logotipo "M-Dot", o logotipo "K-Dot" (coletivamente, o "Operator/WTC IP") e/ou quaisquer palavras ou marcas que se refiram a, ou que sejam sugestivas de, ou confusamente semelhantes a, o evento, qualquer logotipo do evento, nome do evento, local do evento, data do evento ou distância da corrida do evento (coletivamente, "IP do evento"), ou (b) vender, comercializar, distribuir ou produzir quaisquer produtos, eventos, mercadorias, websites ou serviços que tenham a marca IRONMAN®, 70. 3®-branded, Event-branded, ou marca ou marcada usando (i) qualquer logotipo do evento, (ii) qualquer nome do evento, (iii) qualquer IP do evento, ou (iv) qualquer IP do Organizador e/ou WTC (incluindo sem limitação a palavra "IRON" ou qualquer tradução estrangeira como prefixo ou componente de qualquer raça, evento, nome comercial, marca registrada, nome da organização, nome do clube, ou marca de qualquer tipo, em cada caso de qualquer forma relacionada a triatlo, triatletas, treinamento, treinamento, treinamento, ou qualquer esporte de resistência).
- Autorizo o pessoal do Organizador, representantes ou contratados a inspecionar qualquer equipamento que eu utilize (ou pretenda utilizar) em conexão com o Evento, incluindo, mas não se limitando à inspeção de bicicletas para ocultação de qualquer motor ou outro mecanismo de aceleração artificial, por qualquer método de inspeção selecionado pelo Organizador.
- Autorizo o pessoal do Organizador, seus representantes ou contratados a conduzir tais atividades de inspeção de segurança em saúde pública por métodos selecionados pelo Organizador. Enquanto estiver participando do Evento, concordo em cumprir com quaisquer instruções de saúde pública e/ou segurança do pessoal, representantes ou contratados do Organizador; polícia; ou autoridades governamentais ou de saúde.
- Autorizo o pessoal do Organizador representantes, contratados ou outro pessoal médico a obter ou fornecer cuidados médicos para mim, a me transportar para uma instalação médica e a fornecer tratamento (incluindo, mas não limitado à evacuação, hospitalização, transfusões de sangue, cirurgia e medicamentos) que eles considerem necessário para minha saúde. Eu concordo em pagar todos os custos associados a esse cuidado e transporte. Concordo com a liberação (para ou pelo Organizador, WTC, seguradoras, outros provedores de assistência médica e seu pessoal, representantes ou contratados) de qualquer informação médica ou registros necessários para tratamento, encaminhamento, faturamento ou outros propósitos.
- O Organizador reserva-se o direito, a seu exclusivo critério, de excluir qualquer participante das Atividades, negar ou revogar a entrada de qualquer participante a qualquer momento, e/ou desqualificar o participante do Evento. Se eu for desclassificado por qualquer motivo, concordo que sou responsável por todos os custos da partida antecipada, seja por motivos médicos, desclassificação, emergências pessoais ou outros. Se minha solicitação de entrada for negada ou revogada, concordo que o Organizador não é responsável por custos incorridos ou danos sofridos por mim ou por minha família que excedam o valor da taxa de entrada.
- Reconheço e concordo que o Organizador ou WTC, a seu exclusivo critério (seja por razões de segurança, motivos legais, ou qualquer outro motivo), pode: (a) a qualquer momento, com ou sem aviso prévio, alterar ou modificar o percurso da corrida, distâncias, rotas, elevação, ascensões, nível de dificuldade, ou qualquer outro aspecto do percurso da corrida ou do Evento; ou (b) atrasar ou cancelar o Evento (ou qualquer perna(s) da corrida) se acreditar que as condições são inseguras ou inadequadas para o Evento, e o Organizador ou o WTC poderá atrasar o Evento enquanto tais condições inseguras ou inadequadas se aplicarem. Se o percurso da corrida ou Evento for alterado, modificado, atrasado ou cancelado por qualquer razão, incluindo mas não limitado a atos da natureza (incluindo sem limitação, vento, água bruta, chuva, granizo, furacão, tornado, terremoto), atos de terrorismo, incêndio, ameaça ou ataque real, dificuldade de trabalho, interrupção do trabalho, insurreição, guerra, desastre público, riscos à saúde pública, enchente, acidente inevitável, condições do percurso da corrida, ou qualquer outra causa fora do controle da Organizadora, não haverá reembolso da taxa de entrada do Organizador ou quaisquer outros custos incorridos em conexão com o Evento.
- Eu concedo ao Organizador Unlimited Sports, à WTC e seus respectivos afiliados, designados, cessionários e patrocinadores o direito e permissão para fotografar, filmar, gravar e/ou de outra forma capturar (incluindo o uso de tecnologia de reconhecimento facial e outras tecnologias usadas para identificar indivíduos) em qualquer mídia o nome, imagem, voz, declaração escrita, fotografia e/ou semelhança visual de mim e/ou de meus familiares (coletivamente "Imagens"), com direito a sub-licenciamento, durante as atividades ou de outra forma, sem compensação, para uso para qualquer finalidade e em qualquer mídia em todo o mundo em perpetuidade, incluindo mas não limitado ao uso em transmissões, fotografias, publicações, podcasts, webcasts, filmes, brochuras, CDs, DVDs, sites da Internet, plataformas de mídia social, televisão, e/ou em qualquer material comercial, informativo, educacional, publicitário ou promocional relacionado. Entendo que todos os direitos de propriedade e copyright das imagens serão de propriedade do Organizador e da WTC, seus cessionários ou seus designados, e renuncio a qualquer direito de inspeção ou aprovação. Entendo e concordo que meu nome, número de peito e resultados da categoria estarão disponíveis para o público durante e após o Evento.
- O Organizador e/ou a WTC poderá ceder este Termo a outras entidades ou indivíduos ("Cessionários") a qualquer momento, e qualquer cessão concederá aos Cessionários todos os direitos e proteções concedidos neste Termo, de acordo com os direitos e proteções do Organizador, WTC e outras Partes Exoneradas sob este Termo.
- Entendo que também posso ser obrigado a assinar uma versão deste Termo no local. Se eu assinar este Termo tanto online como no local, concordo que a versão física (on-site) deste Termo, como essa versão pode ser emendada da versão online, será vinculativa e de controle.
- Este Termo é válido e efetivo em relação à inscrição ou participação do Participante no Evento ou Atividades a partir da data de assinatura até a conclusão de todas as atividades, e este Termo permanecerá em pleno vigor e efeito após a conclusão de todas as atividades.
- Este Termo deve ser interpretado e aplicado na medida máxima permitida por lei. Se qualquer parte deste Termo for considerada ilegal ou inexequível, não afetará a aplicabilidade das demais disposições, e aquelas disposições restantes continuarão em pleno vigor e efeito.


Li cuidadosamente, compreendo e concordo em assinar voluntariamente este Termo e entendo que, ao fazê-lo, estou firmando um contrato legalmente vinculativo com o Organizador Unlimited Sports. Reconheço que este Termo será efetivo e legalmente vinculante para mim, meu o cônjuge, filhos e outros herdeiros de minha família.


ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISKS & RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
IRONMAN Brasil - Florianópolis/SC - Brazil, from May27th to June 1st, 2026.


INTRODUCTION:

You must read this entire IRONMAN® ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISKS & RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT (hereafter "Agreement") carefully before signing. The adult participant - those 18 years of age or older - (hereafter "Participant") shall sign this Agreement. In consideration of the services of UNLIMITED SPORTS (hereafter "Organizer") in allowing me to participate in this scheduled 2026 IRONMAN® (hereafter "Event") and other activities I, enjoying perfect physical and mental health and showing no medical impediment to participate in the Event, willingly and expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:


ACKNOWLEDGE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISKS:

The Event may take place indoors or outdoors and may include but is not limited to warm-up exercises, competitive swimming, cycling, and running, both in practice and during the Event; demoing (trying out) gear; participation in clinics, training, demonstrations, or other games and activities; attendance at any Event activities; use of any equipment, facilities or premises; and traveling in planes, vans, buses, or other vehicles to and from activities (the Event and other activities collectively referred to in this Agreement as "Activities" or "Activity"). Activities may be scheduled, mandatory or optional, whether or not authorized and/or conducted by the Organizer, structured or unstructured, and include free time. I acknowledge that the inherent and other risks, hazards and dangers (collectively referred to in this Agreement as "Risks") of the Activities can cause injury, damage, death, or other losses to the Participant or others (third parties).

The following describes some, but not all of the Risks assumed by the Participant by participating in the Event or Activities:
 Physical Health. THE RISK OF EXPOSURE TO TRANSMITTABLE DISEASES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COVID-19, INHERENTLY EXISTS IN ANY PLACE WHERE PEOPLE ARE PRESENT, INCLUDING BEFORE, DURING, AND/OR AFTER THE EVENT AND ACTIVITIES. The risk that a Participant's mental, physical, or emotional condition (including any use or abuse of alcohol or prescription or non-prescription drugs), whether disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, combined with participation in these Activities and associated Risks could result in injury, damage, death or other losses. Although the Organizer may review the Participant's medical information, submitted in the registration process, the Organizer cannot anticipate or eliminate risks or complications posed by a Participant's mental, physical (including fitness level) or emotional condition.
 Competitive or Athletic Activities. Training for, practicing or competing in triathlon or other events and associated swimming, cycling, running and other conditioning, involves frequent and repetitive use of the arms and legs, extreme fitness and endurance, and pushing the limits of the Participant's speed and abilities. Equipment used in the Activities may be misused, or may break, fail, or malfunction. The Participant(s), co-participant(s), and/or third parties may act negligently or intentionally during the Event or Activities. The Organizer requires the use of helmets for cycling activities. Helmets or other safety gear may prevent or lessen injuries in some instances; however, the use of safety gear is not a guarantee of safety, and injury can occur even with the use of this gear. An Organizer staff member, representative, volunteer, contractor or co-participant may misjudge the Participant's capabilities, health or physical condition, misjudge some aspect of instruction, medical treatment, weather, terrain, water level, or route location, or that one of those persons may not warn the Participant about one or more of the inherent risks of the Activities.
 Environmental. Participants may be subject to: high altitude or mountainous terrain; severe storms or bad weather such as lightning, strong winds, rain, hail, snow, and ice; fast moving or deep lakes, oceans or other water bodies; currents or whitewater; extremely hot or cold weather; stinging, venomous and/or disease carrying animals (including marine life) or insects and other natural or man-made hazards. Hazards (both on land and above and below water level) may not be marked or visible and weather is always unpredictable. Ruts, holes, water sources, rocks, uneven ground, or other conditions may exist in and around the Activities. Activity location may cause or contribute to delays or difficulties in communication, transportation, evacuation or medical care.
 Drone/UAVs. Unmanned aerial vehicles ("UAVs", also known as "drones") may be used at the Event for media or other purposes, and there is a risk of collision and damage or injury.
 Criminal/Terrorist Activity. There is a potential risk that a third party may commit criminal or terroristic acts. Before, during, or after the Event or Activities, these and other Risks may cause: falling partway or to the ground; colliding with objects (including UAVs, parked or moving vehicles and/or bicycles), people, or the bottom of a body of water; bicycle or vehicle collision or rollover; reacting to high altitudes, weather conditions, or increased exertion; becoming lost or disoriented; suffering gastrointestinal complications or allergic reactions or experiencing other problems; heat or cold related illnesses or conditions (including hypothermia, cold water immersion, frostbite, hyperthermia, or heat exhaustion/stroke); dehydration; hyponatremia; drowning; high altitude sickness; heart or lung complications; broken bones; paralysis or other permanent disability; mental or emotional trauma; concussions; sunburn or other burns or other injuries, damage, death, or loss. The Participant assumes full responsibility for choosing appropriate equipment and for the fit and condition of the equipment used by the Participant.

I FULLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:
 I shall review all materials received, accurately complete and agree to the registration information, documents and processes, and rules and policies. I shall obey all rules and policies, which include the IRONMAN® Competition Rules with any applicable exceptions of any applicable national federation, international federation, race sanctioning body, and the International Triathlon Union Competition Rules; review all information included in the Event-specific athlete information guide and Event-specific athlete briefing session, as each of the foregoing may be amended, from time to time; and all traffic laws.
 I agree to be bound by and comply with the IRONMAN® Anti-Doping Rules including, without limitation, all policies, procedures, and/or other rules adopted by UNLIMITED SPORTS (as may be amended from time to time and at any time by UNLIMITED SPORTS). I also agree to be bound by the World Anti-Doping Code and associated International Standards, as issued by the Brazilian Anti-Doping Agency and the World Anti-Doping Agency (e.g., the International Standard for Therapeutic Use Exemptions, the List of Prohibited Substances and Prohibited Methods, and the International Standard for Testing and Investigations). I acknowledge that I may also be bound by the rules of any applicable national federation, international federation, race sanctioning body, or anti-doping organization with authority over me.

 I understand that neither the Organizer nor its staff, representatives, volunteers, contractors, or anyone associated with the Organizer will be supervising the Participant at any time. The Participant agrees to be solely responsible for the Participant's well-being at all times, before, during, and after the Event and Activities, including during free time and at all other times;
 My final acceptance and participation in the Event shall be contingent upon the Organizer's receipt and review of all required information and forms, including this Agreement;
 Before participating in the Activities, I may inspect the race course, facilities, equipment, and areas to be used;
 I represent and warrant that participating in the Activities requires extreme fitness and endurance, that I am solely responsible for my conditioning and fitness before, during and after the Activities, and that I, in conjunction with my medical providers, am responsible for determining whether the Activities are appropriate for me before I participate;
 The Organizer has put enhanced health and safety measures in place due to the potential spread of Covid-19. I must follow all instructions while visiting any Event-related venue, whether posted or otherwise communicated verbally or in writing. An inherent risk of exposure to Covid-19 exists in any place where people are present (including but not limited to any co-participant; spectator, Organizer staff, representative, volunteer or contracted; and/or any other person(s)). Covid-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illnesses, permanent disability and death. According to the centers for disease control and prevention and to the World Health Organization, senior citizens and people with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting any Event-related venue, I voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to Covid-19, so I may participate in the Event and the Activities.
 The information provided in this Agreement is not exhaustive, other unknown or unanticipated activities, inherent or other risks and outcomes may exist, and the Organizer cannot assure my safety or eliminate any of the risks. I understand I can and should consult the Organizer representatives if I have further questions about the Activities or the Risks; and
 I am voluntarily participating in the Event and Activities with knowledge of the Risks and pursuant to this Agreement, which has been fairly and honestly negotiated. Therefore, I assume and accept full responsibility for myself, for the inherent Risks and others (both known and unknown) of the Activities, and for any injury, damage, death, or other loss I may suffer, resulting from the Risks, including but not limited to the risk of my, a co-participant's, a Released Party's, a spectator's, a volunteer's and/or a third party's passive or active negligence or other misconduct.
 I am aware of the arbitration rules that have total authority to decide about final results and athlete's disqualification. The rules are available at the official Event site - www.ironmanbrasil.com.br
 I am aware that any dispute over final results and athlete's disqualification must be referred to the competent sports court.


RELEASE AND INDEMNITY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
THIS RELEASE AND INDEMNITY SECTION CONTAINS A SURRENDER OF CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
 TO RELEASE AND NOT TO SUE the Organizer, especially Unlimited Sports and the WTC, any applicable federation and/or race sanctioning body, Event sponsors, Event organizers, Event promoters, Event producers, race directors, Event officials, Event staff, advertisers, administrators, contractors, vendors, volunteers, and all property owners and state, city, town, county, and other governmental bodies, and/or municipal agencies whose property and/or personnel are used and/or in any way assist in locations where the activities take place, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, assignees, licensees, owners, officers, directors, partners, board members, shareholders, members, supervisors, insurers, agents, employees, volunteers, contractors, and representatives and all other persons or entities associated or involved with the activities (individually and collectively referred to in this Agreement as the "Released Parties"), with respect to any and all claims, liabilities, suits, or expenses (including attorneys' fees and costs) (collectively referred to in this Agreement as "Claims") for any injury, damage, death, lost property, stolen property, disposed property, or other loss in any way connected with the Risks listed above or my enrollment or participation in the Event and Activities, including without limitation the use of any equipment, facilities, or premises, howsoever caused; negligence, whether passive or active, of the Released Parties; and/or any breach by the Released Parties of statutory duty. I UNDERSTAND AND I AGREE HERE TO WAIVE ALL CLAIMS I MAY HAVE AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES AND AGREE THAT NEITHER I, NOR MY ESTATE, HEIRS, ASSIGNEES OR BENEFICIARIES NOR ANYONE ELSE ACTING ON MY BEHALF, WILL MAKE A CLAIM AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES FOR ANY INJURY, DAMAGE, DEATH, OR OTHER LOSS I MAY SUFFER; AND

 THE PARTICIPANT SHALL PROTECT, DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND SAVE THE RELEASED PARTIES HARMLESS ("INDEMNIFY" MEANING TO PROTECT BY REIMBURSEMENT OR PAYMENT, INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES AND EXPENSES) WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL CLAIMS BROUGHT BY OR ON BEHALF OF ME, MY SPOUSE, A FAMILY MEMBER, A CO-PARTICIPANT, OR ANY OTHER PERSON, FOR ANY INJURY, DAMAGE, DEATH, LOST PROPERTY, STOLEN PROPERTY, DISPOSED PROPERTY, OR OTHER LOSS IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE RISKS OR MY ENROLLMENT OR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT OR THE ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE USE OF ANY EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES, OR PREMISES, WITHOUT LIMIT AND WITHOUT REGARD TO THE CAUSE OR CAUSES OR NEGLIGENCE, WHETHER PASSIVE OR ACTIVE, OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, AND/OR ANY BREACH BY THE RELEASED PARTIES OF ANY LEGAL DUTY. THIS RELEASE AND INDEMNITY SECTION INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR WRONGFUL DEATH (INCLUDING CLAIMS RELATED TO EMERGENCY, MEDICAL, DRUG, AND/OR HEALTH ISSUES, RESPONSE, ASSESSMENT, OR TREATMENT), PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF CONSORTIUM, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR ANY OTHER CLAIM, INCLUDING CLAIMS RESULTING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASED PARTIES, WHETHER PASSIVE OR ACTIVE, RELATED TO THE EVENT OR THE ACTIVITIES.

MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
 AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE. Any dispute or claims that may have arisen out of, relating to or in connection with this Agreement, my enrollment or participation in the Activities, or any other aspect of my relationship with the Organizer: 1) shall be governed by the official Event regulation (available at www.ironmanbrasil.com.br) and 2) unless settled by direct discussions, shall be determined by binding arbitration as the sole and final remedy for all matters in dispute, administered by the official Event regulation in accordance with applicable arbitration rules as interpreted and governed by the regulation. The arbitrator(s), knowledgeable in the field and in commercial matters, acceptable to both the Participant and the Organizer, will conduct the arbitration. Required Venue: I agree that any arbitration proceeding, or any suit or other proceeding must be filed, entered into and/or take place only in accordance to the official regulation. I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE PARTIES, BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, ARE WAIVING ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN OR AMONG THE PARTIES, WHICH SHALL INCLUDE THE WTC AND UNLIMITED SPORTS (ORGANIZER). I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTAND THAT IF A JUDGE WERE TO RULE THAT THE PARTIES' ARBITRATION AGREEMENT IS NOT ENFORCEABLE THAT THE PARTIES ARE STILL VOLUNTARILY GIVING UP THEIR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY REGARDING ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN THEM.
 CLASS ACTION/CLASS ARBITRATION WAIVER. I acknowledge and agree that any arbitration, suit, countersuit, action or other legal proceeding shall be conducted and resolved on an individual basis only and that I will not bring, voluntarily join, or participate in any class action, consolidated action, representative action, class arbitration, consolidated arbitration, or representative arbitration involving matters arising out of, relating to, or in connection with this Agreement, my enrollment or participation in the Activities, or any other aspect of my relationship with the WTC or the Organizer. I further acknowledge and agree that any dispute regarding the scope of this class action/class arbitration waiver provision shall be determined by a court, not an arbitrator.
 Regarding my relationship with Unlimited Sports and/or WTC (Organizer), this Agreement shall take precedence over any other forms or contracts that I may sign for other parties other than the WTC/Organizer, in connection with the Activities.
 If I use any of the bicycle services provided or made available in connection with the Event (including without limitation any on-course bicycle repairs), I shall pay for the cost of such services (including the costs of replacement parts, etc.) upon receipt of applicable invoice(s).
 In case there are situations in which I provide the Organizer with any of my personal property to hold, there may be times in which such personal property may not be returned to me (including, but not limited to Special Needs Bags (as referred to in the Event-specific athlete information guide) and any and all personal property therein after closure of the applicable aid station pick-up location). I waive any rights to all such property and expressly consent to any and all actions the Organizer may take with respect to such property, including but not limited to, disposal of such property.
 In no event may I (or anyone else on my behalf) without the prior written consent of the Organizer, as applicable: (a) use any intellectual property of the Organizer or WTC and/or each of their affiliates, as applicable, including, but not limited to, the IRONMAN®, 70.3®, Iron Girl®, IRONKIDS®, Velothon®, Cape Epic®, 5150®, and Rock 'n' Roll® marks and names, the "M-Dot" logo, "K-Dot" logo (collectively, the "Operator/WTC IP") and/or any words or marks that refer to, or are suggestive of, or confusingly similar to, the Event, any Event logo, Event name, Event location, Event date, or Event race distance (collectively, "Event IP"), or (b) sell, market, distribute, or produce any products, events, merchandise, websites, or services that are IRONMAN®-branded, 70.3®-branded, Event-branded, or branded or marked using (i) any Event logo, (ii) any Event name, (iii) any Event IP, or (iv) any Organizer and/or WTC IP (including without limitation the word "IRON" or any foreign translation thereof as a prefix for, or component of, any race, event, trade name, trademark, organization name, club name, or brand of any kind, in each case in any way related to triathlon, triathletes, training, coaching, or any endurance sports).
 I authorize the Organizer staff, representatives or contractors to inspect any of the equipment I use (or intend to use) in connection with the Event, including but not limited to inspection of bicycles for concealment of any motor or other artificial accelerating mechanism, by any inspection method selected by the Organizer.
 I authorize the Organizer staff, representatives or contractors to conduct such public health safety screening activities by methods selected by the Organizer. While participating in the Event, I agree to comply with any public health and/or safety directions of the Organizer staff, representatives or contractors; police; or government or health authorities.
 I authorize the Organizer staff, representatives, contractors or other medical personnel to obtain or provide medical care for me, to transport me to a medical facility, and to provide treatment (including but not limited to evacuation, hospitalization, blood transfusions, surgery and medications) they consider necessary for my health. I agree to pay all costs associated with that care and transportation. I agree to the release (to or by the Organizer, WTC, any race sanctioning body, insurance carriers, other health care providers and their staff, representatives or contractors) of any medical information or records necessary for treatment, referral, billing or other purposes.
 The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to dismiss any participant from the Activities, to deny or revoke entry of any participant at any time, and/or to disqualify the Participant from the Event. If I am disqualified for any reason, I agree I am responsible for all costs of early departure whether for medical reasons, dismissal, personal emergencies, or other. If my entry application is denied or revoked, I agree the Organizer is not responsible for costs incurred or damages suffered by me or my family in excess of the amount of the entry fee.
 I acknowledge and agree that the Organizer or WTC, in its sole discretion (whether for safety reasons, legal reasons, or any other reason), may: (a) at any time, with or without notice, change or modify the race course, distances, routes, elevation, ascents, difficulty level, or any other race-course or Event aspect; or (b) delay or cancel the Event (or any leg(s) of the race) if they believe the conditions are unsafe or otherwise unsuitable for the Event, and the Organizer or WTC may delay the Event for so long as such unsafe or unsuitable conditions apply. If the race course or Event is changed, modified, delayed, or cancelled for any reason, including but not limited to acts of God or the elements (including without limitation, wind, rough water, rain, hail, hurricane, tornado, earthquake), acts of terrorism, fire, threatened or actual strike, labor difficulty, work stoppage, insurrection, war, public disaster, public health risks, flood, unavoidable casualty, race course conditions, or any other cause beyond the control of the Organizer, there will be no refund of the Organizer's entry fee or any other costs incurred in connection with the Event.
 I grant to the Organizer, Unlimited Sports, WTC and their respective affiliates, designees, assignees, and sponsors the right and permission to photograph, film, record and/or otherwise capture capture (including the use of facial recognition technology and other technology used to identify individuals) in any media the name, image, voice, written statement, photograph and/or visual likeness of me and/or my family members (collectively "Images"), with right to sublicense, during the activities or otherwise, without compensation, for use for any purpose and in any media throughout the world in perpetuity, including but not limited to use in broadcasts, photographs, publications, podcasts, webcasts, motion pictures, brochures, CDs, DVDs, internet websites, social media platforms, television, and/or in any related commercial, informational, educational, advertising, or promotional materials. I understand that all Images ownership and copyright rights will be owned by the Organizer and WTC, their assignees, or their designees, and I waive any inspection or approval rights. I understand and agree that my name, bib number and race results will be available to the public during and after the Event.
 The Organizer and or WTC may assign this Agreement to other entities or individuals ("Assignees") at any time, and any such assignment will grant Assignees the full rights and protections accorded in this Agreement, consistent with the Organizer's, WTC's, and other Released Parties' rights and protections under this Agreement.
 I understand that I may also be required to sign a version of this Agreement on-site. If I sign this Agreement both online and on-site, I agree that the on-site version of this Agreement, as that version may be amended from the online version, will be binding and controlling.
 This Agreement is effective in regard to the Participant's enrollment or participation in the Event or Activities from the date signed through the completion of all activities, and this Agreement will remain in full force and effect following completion of all activities.
 This Agreement is intended to be interpreted and enforced to the fullest extent allowed by law. If any portion of this Agreement is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, it will not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions, and those remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.


I have carefully read, I understand and agree to voluntarily sign this Agreement and understand that by doing so I am entering into a legally binding contract with the Organizer, Unlimited Sports. I acknowledge that this Agreement will be effective and legally binding upon me, my spouse, children and other family members and heirs.

Declaro que:

1. Estarei presente neste evento por minha livre e espontânea vontade, isentando de quaisquer responsabilidades os ORGANIZADORES e as empresas envolvidas, em meu nome e de meus herdeiros;

2. Isento organizadores e empresas envolvidas no evento de qualquer responsabilidade sobre objetos deixados por mim em guarda-volumes, chapelaria ou locais indicados pela organização do evento;

3. Estou ciente que o valor pago não será devolvido em caso de cancelamento ou não participação no evento, bem como não são aceitas substituições / troca de participantes;

4. Estou de acordo com cobrança de valor adicional da TAXA DE SERVIÇO para cada novo ingresso / inscrição adquirido(a) no sistema, caso haja a respectiva taxa;

5. Estou ciente que ingressos / inscrições podem encerrar-se a qualquer momento, sob definição da empresa organizadora;

6. Confirmo que, para garantir meu ingresso / inscrição é necessário efetuar o pagamento do valor total do mesmo, e que, caso não seja pago ou pago em valor divergente (ainda que em valor maior ao devido), o ingresso/inscrição será(ão) cancelado(s) automaticamente no sistema e a vaga liberada;

7. É de minha responsabilidade obter todas as informações sobre o evento, tais como: data, local e horário;

8. Estou fisica e mentalmente apto a participar deste evento, nas condições propostas pela organização;

9. Autorizo a utilização por parte do organizador, patrocinadores e Ticket Sports de qualquer dado, fotografia, filme ou outra gravação contendo imagens de minha participação neste evento, em qualquer mídia seja impressa ou eletrônica, incluindo na Internet, para qualquer fim e por tempo indeterminado;

10. Autorizo recebimento de e-mails, SMS e WhatsApp, bem como qualquer meio digital de comunicação, do ORGANIZADOR e Ticket Sports e seus parceiros divulgando informações, notícias e serviços;

11. Na realização do cadastro, compra de ingressos ou inscrições para terceiros, tenho a autorização deste(s) participante(s), me responsabilizo pela legitimidade de dados fornecidos e garanto que o mesmo tem total ciência desta declaração e do respectivo REGULAMENTO do evento;

12. Estou ciente que, caso seja autorizado qualquer tipo de estorno, poderá ser cobrada a taxa e/ou custos do processo de reembolso;

13. Estou totalmente ciente e concordo com o REGULAMENTO ou REGRAS GERAIS deste Evento, bem como do Termo de Uso e Política de Privacidade da plataforma Ticket Sports.
